ProScrubs began the way most good ideas on a nursing unit begin — at the end of a 12-hour shift, with a badge reel that had given up and a cap that wasn't quite it.

We make two things, and we make them well: soft, breathable nursing caps in prints you'll actually want to wear, and retractable reel badges that are sturdy enough for the pace of a real hospital day.

Every design starts with the question: would I wear this on my worst shift? If the answer isn't yes, we start over.
