Small-batch, thoughtfully packed, and shipped from a nurse-owned studio.
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. During launch weeks and holidays this may extend to 3–4 business days — we'll flag it clearly on the product page and in your confirmation email.
Domestic shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–5 business days after processing. You'll receive tracking as soon as the label is created.
Free shipping on domestic orders over $50.
International shipping
International shipping is on the way — join the newsletter and we'll announce the first countries there. If you're outside the US and would like to order in the meantime, reach out via the contact page.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or hasn't shown up within 10 business days of shipping, email us at info@proscrubs.com with your order number and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your call.
Returns & exchanges
Unworn, unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Because everything is small-batch, we recommend reviewing product details and sizing (for caps) before ordering.
Sale items and custom prints are final sale.
